From the east (Scottsboro):
Exit at Jordan Lane.
Turn right onto Jordan and travel north to first traffic light at Holmes.
Turn left at Holmes.
Travel on Holmes and go through the Ben Graves Dr. signal light.
Library will be on right.
Park out front in the parking lot or drive through to drop off passengers.
From
the west (Decatur):
Exit at Sparkman Drive.
Turn left onto Sparkman and travel north to Holmes Avenue.
Turn right at Holmes.
Travel on Holmes 1/8 mile and go through the Ben Graves Dr. signal light.
Library will be on left before you reach Ben Graves Dr. signal light.
Park out front in the parking lot or drive through to drop off passengers.
From University
Dr., Hwy 72
From the east (Signs on road to mark entrance to UAH):
On University, past Jordan and then Henderson, turn left at Putman Dr.
Stay in the left lane as the road becomes one way.
Follow the left lane into a turn past Morton Hall (building with columns).
Move to the center or right lane, and park in the lot on the left or
right.
Facing the University Center (white building), the library is the large
red brick building to the left of the UC. Walk to the south side for
entrance.
From the west (Athens) (Signs on road to mark
entrance to UAH):
Past the Sparkman Drive exit, turn right at Putman Dr.
Stay in the left lane as the road becomes one way.
Follow the left lane into a turn past Morton Hall (building with columns).
Move to the center or right lane, and park in the lot on the left or
right.
Facing the University Center (white building), the library is the large
red brick building to the left of the UC. Walk to the south side for
entrance.
Parking
The most convenient parking is located in front of the library in the
parking lot located off Holmes Ave. UAH students, faculty and staff should
have a decal that allows parking in any parking lot in non-restricted
spaces. In each parking lot there are a limited number of visitor parking
spaces. Visitors are not required to have parking decals. However, if
you will be using the library on a regular basis, please obtain a decal
from the Department of Public Safety on campus (824-6594). Call the library
