Question:  Every time I attempt to open Internet Native Banner (INB) from my Vista based PC, I get an error message stating that the site cannot be opened and Internet Explorer will restart itself.  When I was running Windows XP Pro with IE7, I had no problem. Now that I am running Vista, I have had no success. Can someone help me out?  more

I am a new student here at UAH. I will be using the UAH Library and other campus network and computer services which require my LDAP user-name and password.  Can you show me what my LDAP login and PIN is? more

I seem to have forgotten my UAH email, ClassWeb or LDAP password/PIN.  What do I need to do to have it reset?

Your initial password for your LDAP account (unless you already have an exisiting LDAP Account) is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Please note that the letters in your password must be entered in lower case. If this still doesn't work for you drop by our Help Desk office, located in VBRH M-30 for assistance.  Be sure to bring your UAH photo-ID with you when you come.
