ERIC, the Educational Resource Information Center contains more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 1000 educational and education-related journals.

Health Source - Consumer Edition

Lexis Nexis is a powerful research tool featuring a rich variety of full text sources. It provides up-to-date information on current events, business, law, and medicine. Type of material included: regional, national, and international newspapers, magazines, wire services, business publications (trade journals, corporate annual reports, tax sources), legal resources (law reviews, court cases, briefs, federal and state codes), government documents, medical information (medical journals), reference sources (directories, biographical information). This database is 100% full text, but the resources are non-scholarly.

LISTA (Library, Information Science, & Technology Abstracts)
LISTA indexes more than 600 periodicals, plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s.

Proquest Criminal Justice
ProQuest CJPI provides indexing and abstracts for nearly 200 U.S. and international journals covering a broad range of criminal justice issues (indexing from 1981 forward; abstracts beginning in 1999). But the new electronic database supplements that coverage with cover-to-cover full text of 45 high-demand publications. Full-text titles include American Bar Association Journal, Corrections Today, Crime & Delinquency, FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, Police, Prison Journal, and Women Police. Most titles focus on practical issues in crime prevention and deterrence, juvenile delinquency, police issues, and courtroom procedures.
