Finding a Play or Poem

To find a particular poem or play by Shakespeare in the library catalog, do an author search. His sonnets will probably be found in an anthology of his work or in a collection of poetry. His plays may be searched by author or title.

To find books with criticism on a particular Shakespearean work, search the catalog using a Words or Phrase or Subject search. Terms to put into the search box include: Shakespeare or the title of the play and criticism or critical analysis. To find bibliographies, use the terms Shakespeare and Bibliography.

With Super Search the user can search multiple databases with one search. An example of a multiple search is Google, but unlike Google, searching with Super Search results in only academic results.
