Note: Angel Learning is the new course management system at UAHuntsville. Any online courses that previously used WebCT or Blackboard CE6 will now be accessible through Angel. The same ID and Password wused with the previous system will work with Angel.

What is WebCT?

WebCT (Web Course Tools) is a web-based course management system that many instructors at UAH use to make course materials available to students. WebCT tools also allow students to communicate with their instructor and/or with one another.

Although not every instructor will use all of the available features, here are some of the things you might do in WebCT:

• check your grades
• take a quiz or complete a survey
• turn in projects or other assignments
• check the class calendar
• complete an online tutorial
• access an audio- or video-based lecture
• view or print a handout
• browse Internet links related to course material

• WebCT is funded and supported by the Office of the Provost
• Technical support is provided by Computer & Network Services
