Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, or if it no longer works, then you will need to have it reset.

Contact the Computer & Network Services Help Desk at helpdesk@uah.edu or complete the online request form. You may be asked to visit the Help Desk in the Library (room M-126) and present a picture ID.

How do I Change My Password?

Login to the UAH directory server with your current UserID and password at
http://www.uah.edu/cgi-bin/dirupdt.cgi and then enter a new password.
